BBQ Salmon!

heck out this BBQ Salmon! It’s my new favorite and it was so easy to make. I topped it with this simple slaw which tied everything together and gave it the perfect texture. This is a MUST try for you this week!

What you need

tsp avocado oil

tsp iodized salt

tsp ground black pepper

garlic

cup bbq sauce

cabbage
red cabbage

carrot

cup nonfat greek yogurt

tbsp apple cider vinegar
tsp sriracha

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. In a small bowl add the salmon chunks & coat with avocado oil. 2. Add the spices & bbq sauce then rub into the salmon. 3. Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking. 4. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat & add the salmon. 5. Sauté for about 4 minutes or until the side down is browning then flip over to get the other side browned. If the chunks are big then brown on the other sides. 6. Remove from the heat and plate the salmon. *you can drizzle more bbq sauce if desired. I topped my with a simple slaw(recipe below) & fresh cilantro. Simple Slaw: Directions: whisk together all ingredients above except for the veggies. Add more water or vinegar if needed to thin the dressing. Pour sauce over slaw & mix.View original recipe
