What you need
tsp fresh garlic

tbsp sesame oil
egg

tbsp rice vinegar

cup green peas

cup cooked rice

tbsp soy sauce

bunch green onion

cup onion

tbsp unsalted butter

cup carrot

lb skirt steak
Instructions
1. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat and add the onions, carrots & garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 2. Remove the veggies and set aside. 3. Add the beef and sauté on medium high heat until cooked, about 5 minutes. 4. Add in the egg and scramble. Add salt & pepper or my [Not So] SIMPLE SPICE. 5. Add in the green peas and cooked rice. 6. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often. 7. Garnish with fresh green onions. Enjoy!View original recipe
