It’s National Beer Lover’s Day! Although I don’t like to drink beer, I like to cook with it so I made this “Beer Blanc” sauce which is a variation of the French Beurre Blanc. It was perfect with this steak but would also pair well with fish or chicken. I used a local Belgian Style Wit from @anthembrewing.
