Blue Cheese Tater Tots (2-Minute Sauce)
These blue cheese tots are my go-to side especially with a nice grilled steak. You have to try my recipe soon. It only takes 2 minutes to make the sauce! Here’s how: Blue Cheese Tater Tots (2-Minute Sauce) Ingredients: -1 bag frozen tater tots (about 25–30 tots) -1 cup crumbled blue cheese -1-2 tbsp milk or cream Directions: 1. Cook the tater tots according to the package instructions until crispy (oven or air fryer works best). 2. Make the sauce: place the crumbled blue cheese in a bowl, Microwave for 30–45 seconds, then stir in the milk or cream until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a tiny splash more milk. 3. Pour the sauce over the hot tots and serve immediately. Optional add-ons: pepper, chopped chives, or hot sauce drizzle.
