What you need

tsp ground black pepper

cup blue cheese

tsp salt

buffalo sauce
pork tenderloin
Instructions
1. In a plastic bag, marinate the pork in the 3/4 bottle of Buffalo sauce for 8 hours or overnight. 2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 3. On a cookie sheet lined with foil, add the pork tenderloin & sprinkle with the spices. 4. Cook for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches your desire pork temp. I like it around 155-160. 5. Remove the pork from the oven, drizzle a little more buffalo sauce on top and sprinkle with blue cheese then broil for 2 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions. Enjoy!View original recipe
