What you need

tsp garlic

tbsp butter

oz turkey sausage

tsp pepper

tsp salt

tsp dry mustard
bay leaf

green bell pepper

tsp garlic powder

can red kidney beans

cup red wine

tbsp tomato paste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish. 2. Sauté the onions & peppers in butter over medium heat for about 7 minutes or until soft. 3. Add in the spices & garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the red kidney beans and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. 5. In a small saucepan, heat the red wine, tomato paste & bay leaf. Simmer for 8 minutes and then remove the bay leaf. 6. Pour the bean mixture into the baking dish, spread the sausage evenly over the top and pour the wine mixture over the sausage. 7. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes then stir in the cooked rice.
