1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the frozen hash browns, eggs & spices. 3. On a greased cookie sheet, place small balls of hash brown mixture and then bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. *Top with crème fraîche, caviar & chives. Enjoy!View original recipe
