What you need

tbsp caesar salad dressing

romaine lettuce

tbsp cooking oil

low-carb tortilla
Instructions
1. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a skillet. Discard the broth in the chicken packet and sauté the chicken for a few minutes to heat up the chicken. Then stir in the sauce. 2. Remove the chicken from the skillet to cool off so you can make the wraps. 3. Take 1 wrap tortilla and place 1 lettuce piece in the center of the wrap. Add ½ of the chicken mixture. 4. Top with ½ of the parmesan and ½ of the dressing. Add another piece of lettuce on top and wrap it up. 5. Optional- roll in a piece of sandwich to secure the wrap and slice down the middle.
