What you need

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
cup marinara sauce

lb ground chicken

slice fresh mozzarella

flour tortilla
tsp spice mix
Instructions
1. Mix ground chicken with spices. 2. Scoop and smash chicken directly onto tortillas to form a thin patty. 3. Place tortilla (chicken side down) in a hot, lightly oiled pan. Cook until the chicken is browned and mostly cooked through, 3–4 minutes. 4. Flip and cook the tortilla side for 1–2 minutes. 5. Remove from the heat to a place and spread a spoonful of marinara over each chicken patty, then top with a slice of mozzarella. 6. Use a chef torch or place in the oven on broil to melt the cheese then top with fresh basil, and serve with extra marinara for dipping. Enjoy!View original recipe
