What you need

lb chicken tenders

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

black peppercorn
Instructions
1. Place the chicken, marinade & water in a baggie in the fridge overnight. 2. When ready to cook, preheat the oven or grill to 400 degrees. 3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, slide the chicken onto skewers & place on a cookie sheet. 4. Sprinkle all side with garlic powder, salt & pepper. 5. Grill the skewers for 4 minutes a side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. *enjoy on a salad or with your favorite sides.View original recipe
