Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the corn bread mix, eggs & milk. 3. Line the muffin pan with liners or use cooking spray. 4. Slice the sausage into ½” pieces. 5. Pour batter into the muffin liners or pan (about ¾ full so it has room to rise). 6. Place 1 sausage piece into each muffin. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
