Chicken Teriyaki

I love takeout but hate the added calories, sugars & fats. Most restaurant teriyaki sauce has tons of sugar so anytime I’m craving it, I try to cook at home using @sanjtamari Gluten-free Teriyaki Stir-fry & Marinade. It only has 3g of sugar! So next time you’re craving teriyaki, make my recipe instead! 🥡

What you need

tbsp peanut

tbsp soy sauce

lb chicken

fl oz korean marinade

tbsp rice vinegar

oz sesame seed
Instructions
1. Add the chicken chunks & bottle of marinade in a large bag or bowl. 2. Marinate overnight or for at least 8 hours. 3. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the chicken & marinade. 4. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar & garlic. 5. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through. 6. Add to cooked rice & mixed veggies if desired. Top with sesame seeds & enjoy!View original recipe
