Chili Lime Bourbon Salmon

This salmon recipe, inspired by @ashleydstelter, features a flavorful chili lime bourbon marinade and is baked until tender, perfect for adding to a fresh spring orzo salad with spinach, grilled mangos, pomegranates, and cilantro.

What you need

pinch salt

cup water

cup brown sugar
cup bourbon

lb salmon
splash olive oil

clove garlic clove

lime

tbsp chili paste

pinch pepper
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients except the salt & pepper in a shallow dish. 2. Marinate the salmon, skin side up, for at least 1 hour. 3. On a cookie sheet lined with foil, drizzle olive oil and place the salmon skin side down. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. 5.
