1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Press the pie crust into increased muffin tins. 3. In a medium bowl mix together the cake mix, coke & pie filling. 4. Spoon batter into each muffin tin crust but only fill it 1/2 way since the cake will rise. Repeat until all the crusts are filled. *if you have leftover batter, you can spoon into a loaf or cake pan and bake as well. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy! *optional garnish: icing & cherryView original recipe
