Ok y’all might think I’m crazy but you must try these Chocolate Pickles that I made using @bubbiespickles These are the perfect combination of sweet, salty & a little tangy plus you get all the goodness of probiotics from the pickles! Save these for your upcoming holiday gatherings. They’ll have everyone talking!

What you need

tsp coconut oil

Kosher Dill

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
Put pickle slices onto a plate lined with paper towel or kitchen towel. Pat them dry really well. The chocolate will not stick if they are wet. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium bowl. Melt in the microwave (10 second increments, stirring well between), or melt on top of a pot filled with simmering water. Dip each pickle spear into chocolate to fully coat the end and gently shake away the excess. Place dipped slices onto a plate lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Sprinkle with flaky salt if you want even more crunch and saltiness. Place the plate in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!View original recipe
