A festive and easy-to-make holiday treat, featuring layers of crispy crackers, a rich butter-brown sugar caramel, melted chocolate, and colorful M&M's and sprinkles.
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Lay out the crackers on the baking sheet. Melt the butter & brown sugar on the stove then pour on top of the crackers. Place in the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn off the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 1 minute then remove and spread around the chocolate with a knife. Sprinkle with M&M's & sprinkles if desired. Completely cool & leave on the countertop to harden over night. Break up into large pieces & enjoy!
