Churro Bites

You must try my new favorite holiday treat, churro bites! These are so easy, great for gifts, snacks, or to bring to your next holiday party!

What you need

tsp ground cinnamon
tsp vanilla extract

cup dark brown sugar

unsalted butter

corn chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° degrees. On a cookie sheet lined with foil, lay out the bugles. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes while stirring constantly. 3. Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract and 1 tsp of the ground cinnamon. 4. Pour the hot mixture evenly over the Bugles in the roasting pan and use a rubber spatula to toss the chips to coat them evenly. 5. Spread in an even layer and bake for 10 minutes. 6. While Bugles bake, whisk together the granulated sugar and remaining cinnamon together until blended. Immediately upon removing the Bugles, liberally sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the hot Bugles, tossing to coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture. 7.
