egg white

tsp ground cinnamon
cup whey protein

tsp baking powder
cup unsweetened applesauce

cup no-calorie sweetener

cup fat free greek yogurt

tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 370 degrees. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients above to the bowl and mix until well combined. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups (I use paper lines too) and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean when tested. Enjoy!View original recipe
