Crockpot Roast

What you need

tbsp dried parsley

tsp pepper

tbsp butter

tbsp table salt

dash worcestershire sauce

cup water

lb pot roast

oz baby carrots

tbsp steak seasoning
bay leaf

cup red wine
lb mushrooms

cup beef broth

onion

clove garlic clove

bunch fresh rosemary
lb potato
Instructions
1. Cut all your vegetables into large chunks. 2. Sprinkle the roast with salt & pepper. 3. Add 1 tbsp oil to a griddle on the insert for the crockpot & sear the beef on all sides. 4. Add butter to the slow cooker then all the beef and all the ingredients. 5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. 6. Remove the roast from the pan & cut off the twine. Pull the beef apart, serve with veggies & pour the broth on top. Enjoy!View original recipe
