What you need

pickling cucumbers

tbsp swerve sweetener

tsp peppercorn

tsp table salt

cup white vinegar

cup water

pinch red pepper

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1. Add vinegar, water, salt, and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved. 3. Place garlic cloves, peppercorns, red pepper flake, and dill sprigs in the bottom of a 16-oz. mason jar. 4. Add cucumber spears to the jar. Pour vinegar solution over cucumbers and add additional water as needed to completely cover. 5. Refrigerate for at least 4 days. Enjoy!View original recipe
