What you need

bunch parsley

tsp pepper

cup parmesan cheese

oz cauliflower

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

cup heavy cream

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
Steam cauliflower for 15 minutes or until super tender. Put the steamed cauliflower in a blender and blend until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients (butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan) and blend again until well combined.
