What you need

cup almond flour

tsp pepper

fl oz frying oil
cup whey protein

tsp salt

lb cod fish fillet

egg
Instructions
1. Pat the cod chunks with a paper towel. 2. Pour oil into a frying pan and set to medium heat. 3. Place all dry ingredients (whey protein powder, almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder) into a shallow bowl. 4. Beat 1 large egg in a separate shallow bowl. 5. Dredge the cod chunks into the beaten egg and then into the dry ingredients, ensuring they are well coated. 6. Fry the coated cod until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side). 7. Transfer the fried cod to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. 8. Serve the fish in a low carb tortilla and top with a simple slaw for some extra crunch.View original recipe
