Easy Peasy Pickle Recipe

1. Place peppercorns, mustard & celery seeds, garlic in the bottom of each jar. 
2. Add other ingredients above for flavor variations. 
3. Slice cucumbers and place in the jar until filled, but not too tightly, allow room for the vinegar mixture to soak in.
4. In a small pot over medium heat stir water, vinegar, salt, and sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
5. Pour vinegar mixture over pickles.
6. Allow to cool, cover with lid, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
