Check out this Easy Peasy Pickle recipe! I love that you can make so many variations but just adding a few different ingredients! You must try this if you’re like me & have cucumbers exploding from your garden. If not, go pick up some small pickling cucumbers from your local grocery store. Enjoy!

What you need

cup water

tbsp granulated sugar

pinch mustard seed

pinch red pepper flake

tsp black peppercorn

pinch celery seed

tsp dried dill weed

tbsp table salt

clove garlic clove

cup jalapeno

cucumber

tsp garlic

cup sugar
Instructions
1. Place peppercorns, mustard & celery seeds, garlic in the bottom of each jar. 2. Add other ingredients above for flavor variations. 3. Slice cucumbers and place in the jar until filled, but not too tightly, allow room for the vinegar mixture to soak in. 4. In a small pot over medium heat stir water, vinegar, salt, and sugar and stir until completely dissolved. 5. Pour vinegar mixture over pickles. 6. Allow to cool, cover with lid, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.View original recipe
