What you need

tsp mustard seed

tsp coriander seed

tsp table salt

clove garlic clove

cup champagne vinegar

cup water

tsp fennel seed

bay leaves

cup apple cider vinegar

tsp sugar

tbsp black peppercorn

lb okra
Instructions
1. Divide the okra, Fill jars as tightly as possible with okra then add the garlic. 2. In a small saucepan, combine the rest of the ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 4. Pour the hot liquid and spices over the jars of okra. 5. Fill the rest of the jars up with water. 6. Let the jars cool for about 30 minutes before closing jars with lids and rings. 7.
