What you need

tsp dry mustard

tsp garam masala
tbsp lime juice
tbsp olive oil

lb chicken

tsp ginger
tsp turmeric powder

fl oz red food colour

cup 0% fat greek yogurt

tsp fresh garlic

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp table salt
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. 2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. 3. Add chicken to the marinade & marinate for at least 2 hours. 4. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. 5. Bake for 15min then turn the chicken over & baste with oil. 6. Bake for another 10 min or until temperature reaches 165°F. 7. Broil for 1 min or until the top is crispy. 8. Serve with lime wedges & cilantro.View original recipe
