Instructions

1. Prep fish by patting it dry then season with salt & pepper. 2. Make marinade by mixing together the mayo, soy, lime, oil, chipotle, garlic & spices. 3. Rub the marinade all over fish. Let sit 15–30 min. 4. Grill on medium-high heat for 7–8 min per side, OR cook in the Oven at 425°F for 15–20 min until flaky. 5. Top with cilantro & lime. Serve tortillas and enjoy!
