Fig, Prosciutto & Blue Cheese Tart

Fig season is here so I made this tart using one of my favorite flavor combos…Figs, Prosciutto & Blue Cheese. This is a must try for an easy appetizer or weekend brunch so make sure to save it so you can come back for the recipe! Enjoy!

What you need
slice prosciutto
fresh figs

bunch fresh spinach

splash honey
puff pastry sheet

splash balsamic vinegar

cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet onto the parchment paper to smooth out any creases or folds. 3. Spoon the Greek yogurt onto the puff pastry and spread an even layer then drizzle with honey. 4. Top with rolled up pieces of prosciutto & figs then sprinkle the blue cheese. 5. Fold over the sides of the puff pastry to hold in the filling. 6. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown. 7. Remove from the oven, let cool then top with fresh spinach or herbs and balsamic drizzle.View original recipe
