It’s National Prosecco Day which means it’s time to raise a glass and toast the remaining days of the season! To celebrate I made a “mocktail” using my favorite non-alcoholic sparkling wine @drinksurely & fresh figs!
Add all ingredients except Prosecco and garnish to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with a Prosecco float. Slice a fig in half and skewer so that both halves are up-facing, and garnish. Enjoy!
