Y’all know I love good chicken marinades especially when they make recipes easy! One of my favorites is the green chili marinade from @stubbsbbqsauce which you can pick up at most grocery stores. I used it to marinate 1 lb of chicken overnight then I grilled it at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Chopped it up into cubes, mixed it with rice & stuffed it into roasted poblanos peppers. I topped it with queso fresco & that’s it! 🫑🌶🍅🧅🍗🫑🌶🍅🧅🍗🫑🌶🍅🧅🍗🫑🌶
