Sauté some onions and blackberries in a pan. Once softened, add the Terrapin Ridge Farms blackberry chipotle sauce to the pan and combine. Meanwhile, preheat your grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grill the pork chops for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 10 minutes on the other side. Top the grilled pork chops with the prepared blackberry chipotle sauce.
