What you need

tsp ground mustard

tsp ground black pepper

salt
tbsp cornstarch
potato

tbsp granulated onion

lb ground chicken

tsp garlic
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix the mashed potato, ground chicken & spices until well combined. 2. Mix in the egg. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees. 4. Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. 5. Take about 2 tbsp of mix, form into nuggets & place on the cookie sheet. Repeat until all the mix is formed. 6. Spray some avocado oil or butter on top of the nuggets. This helps them get browned & crispy. 7. In batches, cook the nuggets in the air fryer for about 8 minutes, then turn & cook for another 5 minutes. 8. Remove & repeat until everything is cooked.
