Holiday Sourdough Breakfast Bake

What you need

pepper

bunch green onion

cup canadian bacon

slice sourdough bread

cup shredded cheddar
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish. 2. In a bowl, scramble the eggs and mix in salt & pepper. 3. Add the cubed bread to the dish then the meat, & 1/2 of the cheese. 4. Pour in the eggs and toss everything to combine. 5. Add the rest of the cheese on top. 6. Bake (covered with foil) for 30 minutes then remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbling. 7. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve. Enjoy!View original recipe
