What you need

cream cheese

cup thick-cut bacon

cup jalapeno

tsp salt

tsp ground black pepper

tsp ground mustard

tsp garlic powder

tbsp salad dressing

tsp creole seasoning

cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, bacon & jalapeños. 3. Slice chicken breast down the side to make a pocket and stuff with the cream cheese mixture. Repeat so all the chicken is stuffed. 4. Sprinkle seasoning all over the chicken and place in a greased pan. 5. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven & sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each breast. 6. Place back in the oven, uncovered, for 5 more minutes or until melted and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Garnish with green onions or cilantro. Enjoy!View original recipe
