What you need

jalapeno pepper

oz cream cheese

tsp garlic powder

oz sharp cheddar

tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400. 2. Line a baking sheet with foil. 3. Cut the peppers in half and scoop out the seeds, membranes and other insides. 4. Par cook the jalapeños for about 10 minutes (time varies depending on size of the jalapeño). 5. Add cream cheese & spices in a bowl and stir to combine. 6. Smear cream cheese mixture into each pepper half. Make sure you do not overstuff the peppers or they will explode in the oven! You may have leftovers depending on the size of the jalapeño. 7. Top with crumbled bacon. 8. Top with cheddar cheese. 9. Roast for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly. 10. To brown the cheese, broil for a few minutes.View original recipe
