tsp no-calorie sweetener

tsp salt

cup white vinegar

cup heavy whipping cream

tsp ground black pepper

oz fresh horseradish
Instructions
1. Whip the cream using a hand or stand mixer until it has soft peaks. 2. Stir in the horseradish, vinegar, mustard powder, sweetener, salt and pepper and mix well.
