1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter & spices. Add Tabasco if desired. 3. In a large bag add everything together and shake until all the mix is coated. 4. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with foil and bake for 1 hour, tossing every 20 minutes.
