Lebanese Pita Pizzas

These are so fun because you can get creative and add all the toppings you want. Not only are they vibrant and eye-catching, but they’re also simple to make and sure to impress anyone you serve them to! Here’s what I added to mine:

What you need
lemon

tsp salt

tsp garlic

can garbanzo beans
extra-virgin olive oil

lemon juice

parsley

feta

pickle

black olives

cucumber

tomato

iceberg lettuce

ground turkey
Instructions
. In a food processor or blender, pour in the garbanzo beans & 1/3 of the liquid, garlic & salt. 2. Blend until smooth. Then add in the lemon juice & blend again. 3. Pour in the tahini & blend one last time. 4. Taste & add any extra salt or lemon juice if needed. 5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!View original recipe
