What you need

tbsp olive oil

clove garlic clove
tsp spice mix
bunch fresh parsley

white fish fillets

lemon
Instructions
1. Pat fish fillets dry. Sprinkle both sides generously with [Not So] Simple Spice. 2. Heat 1–2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add fish fillets and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove fish and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the stick of butter. 5. Once melted, stir in the puréed garlic. Sauté about 30 seconds–1 minute until fragrant (don’t let it burn). 6. Stir in the lemon juice and whisk to combine into a silky sauce. 7. Return the fish fillets to the skillet. Spoon the lemon garlic butter over the fish repeatedly for 2–3 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 8. Plate the fish with extra spoonfuls of the sauce over the top. 9. Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon slices.View original recipe
