Low Carb Spinach & Artichoke Dip

I am always looking for low carb, healthy snacks that taste good too. What you need

tsp salt

can artichoke hearts

cup mayonnaise

bunch spinach

cup sour cream

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray. 2. Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry making sure all the liquid is drained. 3. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor. 4. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Spoon into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
