What you need

cup half & half

cup cool whip

tbsp cinnamon powder

cup strawberries

fl oz frying oil

box strawberry puree

low-carb tortilla
Instructions
1. Whisk the pudding mix with half & half then fold in the cool whip and strawberries. 2. Chill in the fridge while you make the cannoli. 3. Mix the cinnamon & sweetener in a shallow bowl. 4. Fry pieces of rolled cut da carbs holding the end with tongs for 2 minutes. 5. Remove from the oil and roll in the cinnamon & sweetener mix. 6. Once all the cannolis are made then spoon or pipe the filling into each cannoli. Enjoy!View original recipe
