What you need

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

cup mango

lb shrimp

tsp salt

cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Place the shrimp in a bag with the marinade for at least 2 hours. 2. In a bowl mix together the panko, coconut & spices. 3. Take each shrimp from the marinade & coat in the panko mixture. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and repeat. 4. Cook in the air fryer or oven at 375-400 for 10 minutes then turn the shrimp & cook for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
