What you need
tbsp salted butter
leg of lamb

red onion

garlic

tbsp salt

tsp ground black pepper
tsp ground mustard
tsp spices
tsp nutmeg

tsp dried rosemary
tsp dried thyme

tsp mint
tsp marjoram

tsp parsley flakes

lemon
cup beef broth

flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
1. Sprinkle the lamb with salt & pepper. 2. In a large skillet or crockpot liner, add the olive oil & sear the lamb on all sides to brown. 3. Add in the butter, onions, garlic, spices, herbs, lemon, stock, & water. Stir to combine. 4. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 5. Remove the meat from the crockpot and shred with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley & lemon.View original recipe
