What you need

tsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

tbsp ginger

lb salmon

tbsp honey
garlic
Instructions
1. In a baking dish large enough to fit the fish in one layer, whisk together all the ingredients. 2. Put the fish in the dish and coat them in the marinade for at least 30 min. 3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 4. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place the salmon cubes & brush the fish with the marinade. 5.
