What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tsp ground cinnamon

cup vanilla protein powder

egg

cup milk

cup peach

cup sourdough bread
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, & salt. 2. Fold in the chopped bread & peaches then cover. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours if that’s all the time to have. 3. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. 4. Scoop the filling into 12 greased muffin tins. 5.
