What you need

tsp vanilla extract

brown egg
cup plain greek yogurt

cup vanilla protein powder

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

cup natural sugar

cup wheat flour

cup coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. - Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. - Add all ingredients above to the bowl and mix until well combined. - Divide batter into 12 muffin cups or 2 dozen mini muffins and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean when tested.
