Pull Apart Chicken Sliders

These are so easy & delicious plus they are healthier since I made them in my air fryer. Don’t worry, if you don’t have an air fryer you can cook them in the oven

What you need

tbsp honey mustard

cup salad kit

apple

avocado oil

tbsp mayonnaise
mozzarella cheese

tsp mustard powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp ground black pepper

tsp salt

tsp aluminum-free baking powder

cup bread crumbs

egg

cup low fat buttermilk

lb chicken strips
Instructions
1. In a plastic bag, marinate the chicken overnight in buttermilk. 2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 3. In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, corn starch, & seasoning. 4. In another shallow bowl, whisk 2 eggs then pour in the buttermilk & chicken. 5. Dip each piece of chicken into the breadcrumbs & place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes then flip over and cook for another 5 minutes. 7. Remove from the fryer & build the sandwiches. 8. Slice the rolls in one piece & set the top aside. 9. Spread the mayo on the rolls, then add the chicken onto each roll (12 pieces), then top with cheese & slaw. 10. Add the top of the rolls, spray with Ghee or butter spray & sprinkle with salt & pepper. 11. Cook in the oven for 8 minutes. Enjoy! Apple Slaw: mix together 1 green apple sliced thin with 1 cup of cabbage slaw mix & 2 tbsp honey mustard dressing.View original recipe
