If you’re like me then you’re always looking for something to eat that’s quick and easy but still delicious! I’ve got the most flavorful recipe for you to try using @minutericeus Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice Cups. This Chicken Biryani takes 30 minutes to whip up and what’s great is that it’s easy to clean since the rice cups are disposable and I only used 1 pan. Now that’s my kind of meal!

What you need
lemon wedge

tsp salt & pepper
lb boneless chicken breast

cup cooked jasmine rice

tsp turmeric powder

cup chicken broth

tbsp fresh ginger

tbsp cooking oil

tsp garam masala

tsp ground cumin

cup plain yogurt

clove garlic clove

tbsp curry powder

onion

cup peas
Instructions
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, biryani or curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and garam masala. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is browned and cooked through. Lower the heat and stir in the yogurt and chicken broth (or water). Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors. Add frozen peas, if using, and cook for another 2 minutes. Heat the Minute Rice Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice Cups according to package instructions (1 cup for 60 seconds or 2 cups for 90 seconds in the microwave). Stir the rice into the skillet with the chicken mixture. Gently stir to combine, allowing the rice to soak in the flavorful sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy!View original recipe
