Shepherd’s Pie Baked Potatoes

What you need

tsp pepper

cup onion

lb ground turkey

tsp garlic

tsp dried thyme

cup heavy cream

tbsp montreal steak seasoning

bunch fresh chives

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp garlic powder

tbsp tomato paste

carrot

cup peas

baking potato
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 convection or 350 for regular oven. 2. Prick the potatoes all over with a fork and place them directly in the oven for 45 minutes on convection or 1 hour on regular. 3. Cut a 1/4-inch-thick slice off the top of each potato. 4. Scoop out the potatoes into a bowl and mash with the cream, butter, salt, pepper, & garlic powder. 5. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the carrot and onion until softened then add the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. 6. Add the ground Turkey & spices and cook for about 6 minutes. 7. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 4 minutes. 8. Spoon the mixture into the potatoes and top with mashed potatoes. 9. Place back into the oven for 10 minutes then broil for 2 minutes to brown the top. Garnish with few chives. Enjoy!View original recipe
