Instructions
1. In a bowl mix together all the ceviche ingredients and place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. 2. To build the tower, use a cylinder mold and add the rice, ceviche and your toppings. Place back in the fridge for 5 minutes. 3. Carefully remove the mold and enjoy!View original recipe
