What you need

lb shrimp

fl oz fresh lemon juice

tsp salt & pepper
oz lump crab meat
cup saltines

tsp dry mustard

tsp garlic powder

tsp cajun seasoning

tsp fresh chives
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. 3. Peel shrimp leaving tail on and butterfly it. Then place the shrimp onto the baking sheet. 4. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. 5. Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds. 6. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, dry mustard, Cajun seasoning, cream cheese, Saltine crumbles, chives, and crab meat. 7. Spoon the mixture equally into butterflied shrimp or use a melon baller. 8. Curl shrimp tails over top of cream cheese mixture to keep the tail upright. 9. Bake for about 8 minutes or until browned. 10. Remove pan from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice & chives on top. Enjoy!View original recipe
